Upload your images and add your oral commentary using a microphone Then invite your friends to add their commentary too. I enclose a copy of a sample Voice Thread I have made featuring some of the student artwork from Kids Congress 2007. Enjoy!

Over the past year I have been encouraging teachers in the early years to introduce Bee-bots, programmable floor toys, to their early childhood classrooms. Bee-bots have lots of applications in the development in early numeracy and oral language development.
Blogging Fever June 11, 2006
Posted by nsprainger in : Uncategorized , add a commentIt seems that Blogging Fever is about to take over in my part of the educational world. I started my first blog back in October last year using Blogger. It is a personal diary by way of experimenting with the medium. As a user of ICT in education I continue to be most impressed by those tools which foster social interaction. Early experiments have included Online Debating with my students by email back in 1996; setting up am email listserv for TLs in 1998 and more recently running a very successful literature raps program for primary schools in our district supporting teachers to use email and threaded discussion tools.
For me using the exciting new Web 2.0 tools is a just an extension of my favourite mantra “Communicate Collaborate!”
